Configuration Availability Billets Billets are ideal for components of up to 10-1/2" diameter, machined to varying face widths. Billets can be supplied in lengths up to 24" for subsequent finishing. Blanks Best for smaller quantities of specific diameters and cast individually depending on size and hub design. NylaSteel blanks can be provided with extended and custom designed hubs. Custom Parts Custom cast NylaSteel rollers, timing screws, rotors and similar parts eliminate assembly operations and pressfits by allowing the nylon and steel to perform as one homogenous material. |
